We have successfully acquired assets in the student accommodation, healthcare, education and affordable housing markets. Through early mover advantage we have capitalised on these alternative sectors, to consolidate and expand within an immature and often fragmented marketplace. As these sectors have matured, and institutions have allocated a lower cost of capital, we have experienced natural appreciation of values over and above value added asset management.
