Working closely with the site owner, Birmingham City Council, Apache and development partner Moda’s plans for the Jewellery Quarter will transform the 2.6-acre, brownfield site into a neighbourhood with 722 new homes for rent. Forming part of the historic Jewellery Quarter, the site was identified as an ‘opportunity for change’ by Birmingham City Council, having remained undeveloped for over 50 years.
