Apache Capital has been a first mover in the UK’s Multifamily sector for over 10 years with one of the UK’s largest privately funded BTR housing platforms.
We two clear strategies: the creation of mid-market multifamily assets from ground up development or the conversion of standing assets including office to residential. Apache works with best-in-class delivery partners and leverages its market network and operational platform to originate deals, support with design and structure the financing to deliver high-quality multifamily communities that are priced at and appeal to a mid-market audience.

The second strategy is to enhance the value and income associated with our existing prime BTR portfolio which originated 10 years ago via our market-leading JV with Moda Living. This created one of the UK’s largest privately funded multi-family housing platforms. With KKR, Harrison Street and NFU Mutual as capital partners, Apache has delivered over 3,000 operational assets with another 3,000 in the pipeline across regional cities worth over £2bn. Apache continues to invest in the operations of this platform, creating a digital-first customer service that prioritses connectivity and residents’ wellbeing.
