Creating the Next Generation of Family Homes for Rent

To respond to the growing number of suburban and family renters, we have launched a new wholly owned build-to-rent platform Present Made, which will own and operate single family homes purpose built for rent.
Present Made will both directly develop homes as well as work with third-party delivery partners such as volume housebuilders and SME developers. Funded through a joint venture between Apache Capital and Nuveen Real Estate, Present Made is aiming to deliver over 3,000 homes through an initial £1.5bn pipeline.
