Emily Brooke

Emily joined Apache Capital in July 2026 as Asset Manager, bringing extensive experience in build to rent operations and resident focused asset management with over 6 years experience with the industry.

Following graduating with a 2:1 degree in International Hospitality Management from Oxford Brookes University, she began her career with Soho House in hotel management and subsequently transitioned into the build to rent sector with Urbanbubble Ltd, where she managed a number of residential communities as General Manager.

Prior to joining Apache Capital, Emily was an Associate Director at Savills UK, where she led the end-to-end operational delivery of a portfolio of build to rent developments. Her responsibilities spanned mobilisation, lease-up and ongoing asset performance, ensuring operational excellence and strong commercial outcomes across multiple schemes.
