Re-imagining the student accommodation sector

Apache acquired the building in July 2012. The building comprises a mix of 253 studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments along with a stunning penthouse lounge and common room which affords spectacular views across the capital’s skyline. Additionally the scheme includes a gym and a 37,000 sq ft arts school. Paris Gardens was subsequently sold in February 2015.
