Omotara is an experienced investment professional, with over 7 years’ experience executing transactions across Europe, the UK, and the MENA regions.

Prior to joining Apache, Omotara was an Investment Manager at DoorFeed, where she was responsible for building out the investment team, developing underwriting and reporting frameworks, and executing transactions in the operational living space.

Before DoorFeed, Omotara was a Vice President at Rothschild & Co, having worked in both the London and New York Investment Banking teams. She executed several complex, high-profile real estate transactions including IPOs and private capital raises, leading on financial analysis as well as managing transaction processes from origination through to completion.

Omotara holds an MSc in International Management from ESADE Business School with Distinction and a First Class BA in Accounting & Finance from the University of Kent.

Natalie is an experienced as a real estate lawyer working at international City law firms for over 12 years before joining Apache in 2025

Natalie has a broad range of experience of acquisitions, financing (raising both acquisition and development finance), property management, development, and disposals of various asset classes acting for real estate investment managers. Natalie has also acted for lenders providing both senior and mezzanine financing for mixed use assets.

Natalie is a Board Trustee for the Creative Land Trust and Hornsey Housing Trust.

Prior to joining Apache, Barbora held senior operational roles within the purpose-built residential and rental-living sectors, most recently serving as Head of Operations at Collegiate AC. During her time there, she led operations across a nationwide portfolio, overseeing leasing performance, resident services, financial operations, and the mobilisation of new developments. Her role also encompassed responsibility for health & safety compliance, operational efficiencies, and the implementation of new systems and reporting frameworks.

At Apache, Barbora is responsible for the operational delivery and performance of our Present Made asset, ensuring the successful execution of leasing, resident experience, health & safety, and service delivery strategies. She works closely with our development, finance, and asset management teams to ensure each building operates to the highest standards while supporting stabilisation and long-term value growth.

Barbora is a member of both the Apache Health & Safety Committee and the ESG Committee, and she contributes to several internal working groups focused on operational reporting, customer experience, and legislative readiness. In these roles, she helps ensure that operational practices remain compliant, data-driven, and aligned with the company’s broader strategic objectives.

Rachael joined Apache in September 2025 as a Senior Finance Manager.

Prior to this, she began her career in Assurance in the Banking and Capital Markets department at EY London before moving to Elysian Residences as a Finance Associate where she spent three years working on their portfolio of assets. The portfolio grew to a GDV of over £1bn with assets varying in stage from Planning and Development to Operational.

Rachael holds a First Class Honours degree in Accounting and Finance from Oxford Brookes University and is a Chartered Management Accountant.

Ben is a highly experienced investment professional, having specialised in the UK Living sector for over 7 years. Previously, he worked at Get Living and Lendlease in London.

At Get Living, Ben was a Senior Investment Manager working alongside the investment teams from Delancey, APG, Aware Super and Oxford Properties. Ben focused on deal origination and transaction execution into the platform, as well as managing all underwriting and IC processes, portfolio management, and debt strategies across the platform.

Prior to Get Living, Ben was in the Investment Management & Capital Markets team at Lendlease, focused on building out the BTR investment fund with CPP in London.

Ben is responsible for management of the existing portfolio, and working alongside the New Business team to manage the investment process and drive growth for the business.

Ed joined Apache in April 2025 and has over 5 years’ experience working in the residential real estate industry.

Having graduated from Durham University and achieving a Masters Degree in Financial Management, Ed qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Moore Kingston Smith in 2013. He had various finance roles within Insurance and Investment Management, before moving into the Real Estate sector in 2019 as Head of Finance at Elysian Residences where he supported the growth of the finance function to manage a portfolio of assets with GDV of over £1bn. He has experience across finance including debt financing, investment management, financial analysis and operations.”

Abiola joined Apache in 2023 after graduating with a distinction from the University of Reading with an MSc in Real Estate Finance. At Apache, he is responsible for investor reporting, financial analysis, and supporting investment underwriting.

Prior to joining Apache, Abiola gained experience in the Real Estate and IT SaaS sectors in Nigeria. He also holds a first-class BSc degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Lagos

Jack oversees the mobilisation and daily operational management of Present Made’s flagship project in Cambridge.

With over five years of experience in site operations, Jack brings a wealth of expertise from the Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sector. His career began at Hines UK’s PBSA brand, Aparto, where he managed day-to-day operations at The Cam Foundry and supported the launch of new projects across the UK and Europe.

Jack is deeply passionate about building vibrant communities, and he is excited to bring this vision to life at Present Made.

Scott qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte in 2003 and built his career through finance roles in various industries before moving into the real estate sector in 2011. His experience in real estate spans investment, divestment, development; as well as asset and property management. All his roles have included an operational product or service for B2B or B2C consumers with an emphasis on technology to streamline business processes and maximise efficiency.

Prior to his role with Apache, Scott joined Watkin Jones PLC in 2018 as the Commercial Finance Director. He supported the growth in the third party property management function to circ. 22,000 units under management across PBSA and BTR sites.

Michele joined the Apache team in 2018 as Finance Manager, primarily handling daily financial transactions, managing cash flow and co-ordinating payroll for both Apache and Present Made.

Prior to joining Apache, and following a career break, Michele worked on a freelance basis, for a number of years, as an administrator and bookkeeper for a diverse range of local companies.

Preceding this, Michele enjoyed a ten year career with EMI International, where she worked as a Project Manager, responsible for overseeing high profile international album releases, or those with complex packaging needs, from design concept through all aspects of production and manufacturing to worldwide distribution and release.
