JACK HUGHES

General Manager, Present Made

Jack oversees the mobilisation and daily operational management of Present Made’s flagship project in Cambridge.

With over five years of experience in site operations, Jack brings a wealth of expertise from the Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sector. His career began at Hines UK’s PBSA brand, Aparto, where he managed day-to-day operations at The Cam Foundry and supported the launch of new projects across the UK and Europe.

Jack is deeply passionate about building vibrant communities, and he is excited to bring this vision to life at Present Made.

Scott Berry

Chief Financial Officer

Scott qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte in 2003 and built his career through finance roles in various industries before moving into the real estate sector in 2011. His experience in real estate spans investment, divestment, development; as well as asset and property management. All his roles have included an operational product or service for B2B or B2C consumers with an emphasis on technology to streamline business processes and maximise efficiency.

Prior to his role with Apache, Scott joined Watkin Jones PLC in 2018 as the Commercial Finance Director. He supported the growth in the third party property management function to circ. 22,000 units under management across PBSA and BTR sites.

MICHELE BLOCK

Finance Manager

Michele joined the Apache team in 2018 as Finance Manager, primarily handling daily financial transactions, managing cash flow and co-ordinating payroll for both Apache and Present Made.

Prior to joining Apache, and following a career break, Michele worked on a freelance basis, for a number of years, as an administrator and bookkeeper for a diverse range of local companies.

Preceding this, Michele enjoyed a ten year career with EMI International, where she worked as a Project Manager, responsible for overseeing high profile international album releases, or those with complex packaging needs, from design concept through all aspects of production and manufacturing to worldwide distribution and release.

Jonathan Li

Commercial Finance Manager

Jonathan Li has over 12 years of experience in Financial Services Industry. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having trained at Deloitte Mauritius. He holds a master’s in business administration from the University of Birmingham and is fluent in French.
Jonathan joined the Apache team as Commercial Finance Manager in November 2022. Previously he was Manager at Mazars London where he worked for over a year in their Industry & Services practice. Prior to that, Jonathan was a Manager at KPMG London, Asset Management practice where he specialised in real estate. His primary responsibilities include financial, performance, compliance, system reviews, and due diligence engagement for public and private companies with portfolio of assets from £1m to £3bn.

Lucinda Geikke-Cobb

Front of House & Team Personal Assistant

Lucinda joined Apache in October 2022 as Front of House covering all duties of reception, administration and supporting the wider team with PA duties.

Before joining Apache, Lucinda graduated from The Oxford Media and Business School in 2020 with a business diploma with distinction and since has been in various roles gaining experience as an assistant.

Srijana Gurung

Personal Assistant to the Directors

Srijana joined Apache in 2022 as a PA providing support to the Chief Executive Officer, the Managing Director, and the Executive Chairman across all aspects of administrative co-ordination and communication alongside managing their schedules.

Prior to joining Apache, Srijana was an operations manager at a fashion company where she oversaw all aspects of the company’s operations from liaising with clients through to production of orders and fulfilment of client needs.

Srijana holds a BA (Hons) degree in Fashion Design and Technology from the Arts University of Bournemouth (2015). She is fluent in English and Nepali.

Olga Ledlie

Associate Director, Finance

Nikki King

Director, ESG & Operations

Nikki graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2013 with a first class degree in Psychology. Since graduating Nikki has worked in the property industry gaining experience in residential and new homes departments.

Nikki joined Apache in 2016 as Richard’s Personal Assistant and has since been promoted to ESG and Operations Manager. Nikki takes an active role in the coordination and promotion of ESG initiatives within the business and Chair’s Apache’s ESG Committee. Nikki’s background in Psychology has also lead to her taking responsibility for the Human Resource side of the business including selection, recruitment, staff appraisals & induction.
