Denis Aghaizu – ACA

Denis Aghaizu has over 20 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry, the last 15 of which within the Private Equity Real Estate sector. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having trained at PwC London. Prior to joining Apache, Denis was a director at Bilfinger Real Estate Argoneo, a former Morgan Stanley Real Estate asset management platform.

Before Bilfinger, Denis spent seven years at Morgan Stanley as part of their Frankfurt-based Private Equity Real Estate team, which managed at its peak Eur 13bn of commercial and mixed-use real estate across continental Europe. He holds a degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and is fluent in German.
