Hannah Monelle
Front of House & Team PA
Hannah joined Apache in 2018 as Front of House and conducts all aspects of reception and administrative duties, providing a friendly welcome to our clients who visit the Apache office. In addition, Hannah also supports the Senior Team as Team PA within her varied role.
Previously, Hannah worked in the hospitality industry including spells in France and Spain working for high end travel companies. Hannah moved to London to work as a Private Nanny before joining the Apache team.
Duncan Williams
Acquisitions Director, Single-Family Housing
Duncan Williams has over 8 years’ experience in real estate property planning and development having delivered numerous large-scale housing developments. Before joining Present Made, Duncan worked for the housing and mixed-use developer Countryside Properties having joined in 2013.
Duncan held the position of Associate Land Director for the Southern region of Countryside Properties, responsible for site acquisition, development and planning for the region completing over 600 units per annum. Duncan has experience on a wide range of deal structures and has successfully managed joint venture developments with public and private organisations.
Duncan is responsible for sourcing and analysing land transactions, due-diligence, and managing the land acquisition process through to securing detailed planning permission for all new projects.
David Williams – BSC (HONS), MRICS
Executive Director of Projects
David has over 20 years of experience in development and construction delivery. His career has seen him work on a number of large mixed use projects, the most high profile being, his involvement in ‘The Shard of Glass’ scheme from inception to completion. Prior to joining Apache, David spent over six years at Muse Developments where he was responsible for overseeing the planning, construction and management of three large mixed use schemes in London and the South of the UK, delivering in excess of 900 residential units and 150,000 sqft plus of commercial units.
David’s wider responsibilities at Muse included a role on the New Business Team and he was also responsible for delivering a number of Company and Parent Company wide initiatives. Prior to joining Muse, David was a Director at Davis Langdon (AECOM), where he spent eight years overseeing the team which delivered commercial and project management duties for the Shard / London Bridge Quarter development. David has also had spells at EC Harris and Currie and Brown, where he gained his RICS accreditation and worked on a number of high profile projects including the Old Bailey Courts and the More London project. In addition, David also sits on a number of industry panels and has been a member of the BCO Board of Management.
Claire Ezekwe
Commercial Legal Director
Claire Ezekwe qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and before joining Apache, she spent eight years as a real estate finance lawyer at an international law firm in the City. During her time in the City, Claire acted for clients including registered providers, developers, asset managers and lenders across the private and public sectors, advising on a range of financing arrangements in respect of both commercial and residential real estate.
Claire is experienced in leading and negotiating complex multi-million-pound finance transactions for corporate structures, incorporating both Shari’ah compliant and conventional debt for both investment and development. She acts as legal and transaction lead on real estate acquisition, disposals and development opportunities and is involved in deal structuring, due diligence and contract negotiation.
Ashley Perry – MRICS, MSc
Acquisitions Director, Multi-Family Housing
Ashley Perry has over 10 years of experience in real estate consultancy, across UK, Ireland, Spain and Canada. Before joining Apache Capital, Ashley worked for European BTR Consultancy, LIV Consult, since 2018.
Ashley held the position of Director, BTR Consultancy (UK) at LIV Consult with responsibility for consultancy services to clients in Europe with a client base including Private Equity, Local Authorities, and both Public and Private Developers. Ashley’s experience across both single and multifamily strategies helped to secure planning, funding and public support for thousands of rental homes across Europe. Prior to LIV Consult, Ashley worked at JLL in its Project and Development services team where he achieved RICS Chartered status as well as leading multi-disciplinary teams through complex and challenging projects. Ashley is also on the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Residential Council steering committee.
In addition to leading new business for the Apache multifamily platforms, Ashley holds leadership positions at the Association for Rental Living (ARL) as Chair of the Investor & Lender Forum, whilst also chairing the Urban Land Institute (ULI) UK Residential Council.
Ashley is responsible for implementing investment strategies for Build to Rent platforms, bringing forward new investment opportunities and driving the growth of the business.
